On the new page, you will have to fill your details. User has to enter Captcha Verification after filling his Aadhaar No (UID) / Enrolment ID (EID), Full Name, Mobile Number (Registered) or Email ID.

After this you can click to send OTP or enter TOTP. Please tell that OTP will go to the user’s register mobile number. Whereas for TOTP user will get Time-Based-One-Time-Password with the help of mAADHAAR app.

After filling all the necessary details, you will go directly to the payment gateway page. Here you have to pay 50 rupees.
After payment, the Aadhaar card will be printed and reach the user in the next 15 days.
Explain that apart from applying for a new Aadhaar, you can change the address on the Aadhaar card online or by going to the Aadhaar center. You can use any of the documents in List 44 on the UIDAI website to change the address.
