Xiaomi launched the MIUI 12.5 OS with the Mi 11 smartphone series last month. The new MIUI 12.5 has new privacy improvements, better system management, app optimization etc. Xiaomi has now released a list of devices in which the MIUI 12.5 update will be rolled out.

Xiaomi will first release MIUI 12.5 beta update for these 27 smartphones in China for users. It is expected to be rolled out for global units soon thereafter. The stable version of MIUI 12.5 will be rolled out in April 2021. The new MIUI 12.5 features features such as custom device model adjustments for fast gesture control, rendering and speed performance.
A new feature MIUI + will also be available with this software update. Through this, users can mirror their phones to Windows computers. Xiaomi has also added iOS 14 privacy feature to MIUI 12.5. This feature shows notifications on copying any of your text when an app accesses the clipboard. Apart from this, MIUI 12.5 sends the course location instead of sending your exact location to the apps. This is a handy feature for apps that do not require your exact location to offer services.
