How to check whatsapp status
If you do not want anyone to know about your status, then you have to turn off the Read Receipts option.
To close WhatsApp read receipts, open the app and go to its settings.
Now go to Account and then Privacy.
Here you will see the option of Read Receipts, which is turned off.
Keep this in mind
You should also keep in mind that turning off the read receipts feature will not let anyone see your WhatsApp status, but it will change some of your other settings as well. First, the blue tick will stop showing when you send the message. Second, if someone sends you a message, he will not be able to see your blue tick either.

ऐसे चेक करें व्हाट्सएप स्टेटस
अगर आप नहीं चाहते कि किसी को आपके स्टेटस देखने के बारे में पता न चले, तो आपको Read Receipts ऑप्शन को बंद करना होगा।
व्हाट्सएप रीड रिसीट्स को बंद करने के लिए एप ओपन करके इसकी Settings में जाएं।
अब Account और फिर Privacy में जाएं।
यहां आपको Read Receipts का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा, जिसे टर्न ऑफ कर दें।
ध्यान रखें यह बात
आपको यह भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि रीड रिसीट्स फीचर को बंद करने से किसी को आपके व्हाट्सएप स्टेटस देखने का तो नहीं पता चलेगा, लेकिन इससे आपकी कुछ दूसरी सेटिंग्स भी बदल जाएंगी। पहला तो आपको मेसेज भेजने पर ब्लू टिक दिखना बंद हो जाएगा। दूसरा, कोई आपको मेसेज भेजता है तो उसे भी आपका ब्लू टिक नहीं दिख पाएगा।
